・Cienta is a narrow shoe, so if you have a high instep or wide feet, we recommend going up one size. ・The insole size is the actual size, so please compare it with your existing shoes and your child's foot size. ・The straps are Velcro, making them easy to put on and take off. ・Please note that the color may fade after washing (please avoid using detergents containing fluorescent whitening agents or bleach).
・Some shoes may have slight dirt, stains, or glue residue on the body. ・Some shoes may have the rubber sole material slightly attached to the body, chipped, distorted, or dirty. ・Specifications such as the heel logo and printed logo on the insole may differ. ・Dents or dirt on the box may occur due to import from overseas.

- Orders placed before 3:00 PM can be shipped on the same day (excluding weekends, holidays, and store holidays).
