How to use:
1. Snap-in or pocket 
Snap the insert into the top of the diaper or inside the pocket, depending on your preference.
The Anchor Insert (Insert 1) is designed to be used alone with folded edges for increased absorbency.
Pair the Anchor Insert with Hourglass (Insert 2) for maximum daytime absorption.
For nighttime or heavy pee flows, add a 3-layer tri-fold insert for an additional 9 layers of absorption.
2. Find what works for you 
Lay your baby down in the open diaper with the back of the diaper above his or her waist and align the back wings with the waist snaps.
If your baby has thick thighs, try fastening the top row of snaps around the belly a little tighter and the second row a little looser.
Also, try wearing it looser if you have a larger belly, or tightening the second row of snaps if you have thinner thighs.
If the crotch area feels "saggy" or "gaping," try shortening the diaper using the rise snaps for a snuger fit.
3. Check 
Check the fit around the tummy to make sure your baby is comfortable, and maintain a gap of two fingers to ensure your baby is comfortable when sitting up.
Line up the gusset/elastic with your baby's natural underwear folds.
You may notice a little gap around your belly when your baby is not sitting and is flat on their stomach, this is considered normal and gives your baby room to bend.
