If you are coming with friends, please make a reservation for each person.
(For example, if you are coming with a friend, you will need to make two reservations.)
(For example, if you are coming with your sister and her husband, you will need to make two reservations.)
About the venue:
-If you are coming with a stroller, please note that the store space is small, so please fold up your stroller and leave it at the entrance before entering.
・We are unable to accommodate strollers in the store, so please make your reservation taking into consideration nap times.

・If you are coming by car, there is no parking lot, so please use the nearby coin parking lot.
About the day:
・There are no tickets, so please speak to a member of staff when your reservation time arrives.
・Please note that your reservation time is not the length of your stay, so please enter during that time. Please note that admission outside of this time will be subject to the same conditions as general customers.
・If the venue is crowded, please aim to finish shopping within 45 minutes.
・Shopping bags are not provided, so please bring your own.
About payment:
Cash and credit cards accepted.
Credit card payments are only available for purchases of 20,000 yen or more.

- Orders placed before 3:00 PM can be shipped on the same day (excluding weekends, holidays, and store holidays).
- Please note that we may cancel your order after it has been placed as we share inventory with other shopping sites.
- In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to out-of-stock or defective items. In such cases, we will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you order items marked as "ordered items" or "scheduled to arrive" together with items marked as "ready to ship" that have different shipping dates, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
- In some cases, you may have to wait a long time or your pre-ordered items may be canceled, so we recommend placing separate orders whenever possible.
